Feature Writers

Glenn Leach

Glenn Leach is a long-time mortgage loan officer specializing in first time homebuyers, creative financing, and a credit repair specialist. He currently focuses his lending efforts towards local clients in and around beautiful Puyallup, Washington, dedicating a large part of his time working in partnership with several low-income, veteran, and disability assistance agencies. Before the recent mortgage market chaos, Glenn was the preferred lending source for several national collection agencies, helping clients in all 50 States, so he brings a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective to his writings.

His background also includes stints as a History, English, and Economics teacher, sales trainer, author, comedian, playwright, and opera singer. You’ll enjoy his entertaining style and ability to explain difficult concepts in an easy to understand, and sometimes wacky manner.

When not closing loans, you’ll find Glenn performing in on-stage musicals, volunteering with children’s theater groups, writing stories, playing with his wiener dog Lily, and spending time with his family.
